ENGAIA RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS S.A. began its activities in early 2007 with the main objective of developing, implementing, and maintaining Renewable Energy Source projects in light of the significant growth in investments in Renewable Energy Systems.
History
As a pioneer in the Greek RES industry, ENGAIA implemented some of the first electricity production stations from photovoltaics in the country. With a presence for over 15 years, it holds a significant position in the industry today, with over 300 installations throughout Greece, under construction and maintenance.
Activities
The company’s primary activity is the design, construction, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic installations. Additionally, the company has been involved in the development of other Renewable Energy Source projects and has significant R&D activity in the Biomass Gasification field.
The company has branches in Athens and Thessaloniki and a wide network of partners throughout Greece. The company’s headquarters are in Aghialos, Thessaloniki, in a 600 sqm facility that houses the company’s offices, warehouse, and R&D and electromechanical equipment production facilities.

Its goal is to contribute to reversing the current trends caused by the massive and unchecked consumption of energy from fossil fuels and to restore, to the extent possible, the planet’s balance.
